The 2017 edition will take place in Lille, France, 6th-8th November 2017. Lille is only a short one hour TGV away from wonderful Paris. Professor Renaud Jardri and A/Professor Frank Laroi will be our hosts. It is organized around:
- an "open" conference day (D1), with lectures and a posters session about hallucinations and related symptoms from international experts (open meeting for everyone who wishes to attend). People attending D1 can present posters;
- a two-day scientific meeting, comprising presentations from the working groups (D2-D3), as well as group discussion time. This second part only involves members of working groups who have been working on a particular topic in the previous year. The purpose of restricting numbers is to allow discussion time which is best done in small groups.
Please note that conferences are free but registration is mandatory to attend.
Special call for posters on therapies for distressing hallucinations and voices (Late abstract submission closed on September 30, 2017):
Day 1 of the conference will have a non-thematic poster session area, but we also specifically invite abstracts for posters dedicated to therapies. We are offering an opportunity for people to showcase their latest knowledge and findings about therapies, interventions or management for distressing hallucinations and voices. There will be a poster prize for the most innovative and promising idea (1-year personal electronic subscription to Schizophrenia Bulletin).
